A qick and easy snack on their own or to serve with your favourite dip.

  1. 2 large Lebanese bread rounds
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  5. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced.
  2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Place bread on prepared tray, brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt, parsley and rosemary.
  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Break into pieces and serve.
