Did you know that studies show that this one thing can make you 25% happier?

That it can help you to deal with anger, disappointment, and frustration?

It’s even been shown to heal pain and illness in your body! It can certainly heal relationships, especially with your beautiful and amazing body.

That one thing is GRATITUDE, and amazing things can happen when you include it in your daily routine!

So how do you practice gratitude? Well, there’s no hard and fast rules!
You can simply think of something that you are grateful for at any time in your day, or you can set aside some time to focus on gratitude.
I’ve put together some prompts to get you started. You can download your copy << here >>.

Some simple ways to practice gratitude are:

Sit comfortably to meditate, breathe in deeply and imagine your heart filling up with glowing, green light. Allow this energy to pulse and radiate to light you from within. As you deepen into the glowing, green energy in the centre of your chest, begin to give thanks for your life or for anything that pops into your head.  No filter, just give thanks for it and show it appreciation.

Think about three things that you were grateful for today and picture them in your mind. It may be the way your dog greets you or that nice person that let you have the parking space in the crowded car park. It could even be that you didn’t slap your annoying work colleague!. Just let the images flow in and notice the feelings they give. If an unwanted image pops in, let it pass by, if it’s important, you can think about it later.

Grab a simple journal (or just a piece of paper will do) and write something that you are grateful for at the end of each day. We often get caught up in the negatives of our day, so by finding something to be grateful for we can change to a positive mindset and release your day. This can also help you to get a good night’s sleep.

Remind yourself that whatever you focus on expands. When you focus on gratitude and positivity, you will get more of that in return.

What you appreciate, appreciates.

You will attract more abundance, love, and health by focusing on what you do have, not on what you don’t have. Focusing on what you don’t have creates a negative mindset that will influence all areas of your life, including your health.
