HOW TO COMPLETELY CHANGE YOUR DAY

Some simple ways to practice gratitude are:

Think about three things that you were grateful for today and picture them in your mind. It may be the way your dog greets you or that nice person that let you have the parking space in the crowded car park. It could even be that you didn’t slap your annoying work colleague!. Just let the images flow in and notice the feelings they give. If an unwanted image pops in, let it pass by, if it’s important, you can think about it later.
Grab a simple journal (or just a piece of paper will do) and write something that you are grateful for at the end of each day. We often get caught up in the negatives of our day, so by finding something to be grateful for we can change to a positive mindset and release your day. This can also help you to get a good night’s sleep.
