DIY: Coconut Body Polish & Soak

This is the perfect solution for smooth, silky skin and some ‘me time’!

Light the candles, pour your favourite drink and relax as your skin is exfoliated and moisturised. 

1/2 cup Coconut Milk Powder
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil *
1/2 cup Raw Sugar
Optional: essential oils*, epsom salts*

Combine 1/2 cup coconut milk powder with 1/2 cup raw (or what ever you have) sugar. Then add a heaping tablespoon of coconut oil, some essential oils if you like and mix together. Polish your body while the bath fills and add the left over scrub to the *bath.

*Add your favourite essential oils to relax, restore and revive

* You can add a cup of Epsom salts for a magnesium boost to relax tired and sore muscles .

* Slippery warning! The milk can make the bath slippery, so be careful getting in and out and give it a wipe afterwards.
