A Health Strategy Session will help you to:
• Get clear on where you are (current health) and where you’d like to be (your health goal)
• Determine strategies to overcome any barriers to achieving results
• Identify individualised action steps for you to make changes
• Provide resources to create simple habits for long term results
Your 1:1 Session includes:
• 60 minute 1:1 coaching session via Skype or Zoom with recording
• Comprehensive health history evaluation
• Follow-up email within 24 hours outlining recommendations and resources
• Simple easy to follow 3 day cleanse plan (optional, but handy to have!)
• 1 week of email support
• A clear, easy to follow action plan that will achieve the long term result that you want.

HOW IT WORKS:
• After scheduling your session you’’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire that will help me to understand where you are now and where you want to be.
• During our ‘live’ session we’ll talk about how you’ll achieve your health goal and how you’ll get there. We’ll look at what you may have tried in the past and why you didn’t succeed. Together we’ll create simple daily habits that fit into your unique lifestyle.
• Afterwards you’ll receive a recording of the session, a clear and easy to follow action plan outlining how you’l start to improve your health and life. I’ll also be available via email to answer any questions that you may have for 7 days after you receive your action plan.
